Coli can be found at low concentrations in municipal water. Therefore, when I feel the need to drink more water than normal, I make sure it is in mixed drinks. I can't be sure but it seems that the water prepared in this manner causes me to have a relaxation sensation. Maybe the water is more pure. Therefore, I have at least a couple glassed at one sitting. Before you get the wrong idea, you need to know that alcohol in sufficient concentration will kill E. Coli and purify the water. I also feel a need to compensate for the purification process of the water I drank alone. I have no comment on walking, but it is probably better to do it before you consume the purified water.
