I am so sorry to hear about this baby. I want you to know that I had a miscarriage after coming off birth control pills and getting pregnant with my first when I was 21. I was so sad!! Still, nothing like the pain of the two miscarriages I had between my seventh and eighth children - when I was 43. I did go on to have two more babies - at 44 and 45. My 8th, as you know, has Down syndrome, which we wouldn't trade for the world. My ninth is the most delightful and amazing child an older mom could possibly imagine. Please take comfort in God. I want you to know that I had a miscarriage after coming off birth control pills and getting pregnant with my first when I was 21. I was so sad!!

Still, nothing like the pain of the two miscarriages I had between my seventh and eighth children – when I was 43.

I did go on to have two more babies – at 44 and 45. My 8th, as you know, has Down syndrome, which we wouldn’t trade for the world. My ninth is the most delightful and amazing child an older mom could possibly imagine.

Please take comfort in God. He has a plan. Trust Him. I will be praying for you as you walk through this.
